Be rewarded for building healthy habits

Eating should be simple.

Everyone has to do it every day, so why is it so hard to find healthy things to eat? And when you do, why does your entire family say “Ew!” and want to climb under the table? Instead, wouldn’t you like to be rewarded for building healthy habits?

What if we turn healthy living into a game?

I’ve been working on something for awhile now, and I am excited to introduce my new program, the Healthy Habit Payoff! This has been my baby, although I must admit that it is still in the process of perfection. I am in need of a group of beta testers to try out the program and help me try it out, add the finishing touches. Will you help me?

Here’s the low-down:

For each healthy choice you make, you will earn points. For example, did you have a salad for lunch? That’s awesome! Upload a picture of it and you get 20 points. You did yoga this morning? Fantastic, upload a pic of you in your yoga gear and you get 50 points! There are lots of ways to earn points, and each will also make you feel fantastic. Win-win! You will then be able to cash in these points for prizes. What prizes? Good question! Like I said, this is still in the baby stages, so I’m not sure. My thoughts are along the lines of great cookbooks, exercise equipment, my favorite workout DVDs, etc. We’ll figure it out as we go, and I promise to give you great stuff that will help you on your way!

    1. Thank you! You can use any whole grain pasta, just be sure to check ingredient lists for weird ingredients. Out of all the whole grain pastas, I like brown rice pasta the best.
