Now it’s official!



That’s right! I’ve been able to do free initial consultations for awhile now, but now I have everything I need to advance to offering full, one-on-one programs! When I got this I did a little “Squeee!!!” and danced around a bit. That’s not all that professional, I know, but I don’t care!

It also seems so silly, why do I need a piece of paper to tell me I can do what I have already been doing for years? But it is really nice to have proof that I really do know what I’m talking about.

So, with that being said, if you and I have completed an initial consultation and you would like more information about my program, contact me! If we haven’t done an initial consultation and you would like more information about my program, well contact me! We’ll have a great time doing that first (FREE!!) consultation and then we can talk programs. If you have any questions about anything at all, just contact me! I’d love to hear from you.

    1. Thank you! You can use any whole grain pasta, just be sure to check ingredient lists for weird ingredients. Out of all the whole grain pastas, I like brown rice pasta the best.
