Wouldn’t it be great if you could be rewarded for creating healthy habits?
Yes, of course, creating healthy habits naturally makes feel better in your own skin, be happier, be more capable of accomplishing all those many things you do in your busy life, yada yada, blah blah blah. Everyone knows about those, and while they are awesome, most people need more motivation than that. And that’s where the Healthy Habits Payoff game comes in.
Let’s pretend you woke up and decided on a green smoothie for breakfast. You snap a picture of it (you were probably going to do that for your Instagram feed anyway, right?), and then you quickly upload it into the game. Boom! Just like that, you got 20 points for the spinach in there, and 15 for the fruit! It’s not even 8:00 a.m. and you’ve already earned 35 points!
I bet you can beat that, though.
For lunch, what if you had a salad with a ton of greens, a whole cucumber, and so many other veggies that you are going to count it as two veggie servings. You throw a lean protein on there, upload a picture, and you have just earned 45 points for lunch.
Throughout your day, you will also be able to earn points for things like exercise, watching educational videos that teach you what to eat and why, logging your food in a journal, and many other things. And the best part?
Once you’ve earned enough points, you can turn them in for prizes!
You get all the same physical benefits for taking care of your body, but you get physical prizes, too! Examples of prizes include great nutrition books, cookbooks, meal prep containers, seed packets so you can grow your own food, and even free months in the same or free one-on-one sessions with me.

Too many programs for too long have focused on taking away. Food options are removed, you lose points for things that you eat, you use up calories as you go throughout your day. It’s a very negative mindset, and one that, while it might work for a short time, doesn’t last. How many times have you lost weight through tracking numbers, only to gain that weight back?
In this game we only focus on adding in MORE. How many more points can you earn? How many more healthy foods can you add in? There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn.
This mindset also applies to the way you think about you.
The focus is going to be on building healthy habits because you deserve it! No more punishing yourself on the treadmill for the brownies you ate last night; instead you will be doing an exercise you love because it feels good to move your body and because you know it will help you feel better down the road.
